The final push! With just over 24hrs to go & approx 170 miles, our fellow Sphinxee, Pete Hall, is back out there peddling away after over 3000 miles since leaving Perth, Australia 6 weeks ago!
He’s crossed all kinds of terrain, in all kinds of weather with minimal rest days – all for an incredible local charity ‘Zoe’s Place’ a baby hospice in Coventry.
I get that you all have a million requests for donations but ask yourself this “how many people do you know would get up at 06:00 everyday & cycle around 100 miles plus, in their own time / using their own money, to help other people?”
His friend Sharon Pickering, who has been supporting Pete with endless amounts of pasta & fluids across Australia, says
It’s truly inspirational to see him achieve this without complaining once! Sydney is the final stop tomorrow & he would love to see the funds reach £5000, so with only £223.14 to go, every £ will help… Dig deep family & friends… Pete does everyday Massive thanks!!
