2017 Sphinx AC Coombe 8
The 2017 Sphinx AC Coombe 8 was held on Sunday 26 November. Conditions were dry, sunny and cold. The course has to change slightly year-on-year as Coombe Country Park is a working estate. This year’s course was measured at 8.0 miles and took in maintained grass, open field, woodland trail, a short stretch of tarmac and some sections of undergrowth.
Winners
The main winners were: Men: Paul Andrew from Leamington C&AC, finishing in a time of 46:03 
Women: Polly Keen from Nuneaton Harriers, finishing in a time of 52:21 
The men’s team prize was taken by Spa Striders, and the Ladies’ team prize was won by Spa Striders. Full results can be found here:
