We are happy to announce that our junior track nights at Lyng Hall will be returning on Monday 26th April. Due to upcoming bank holidays, training will not be held on 3rd May, and 31st May, however it will continue in the weeks around these dates. Due to the weather Lyng Hall School is closed and there will be no training tonight for the Sphinx Juniors. Next week, 18th December is the last session before Christmas so I hope to see you all then for running and fun. Regards Sue
16 Sphinx juniors competed in three disciplines and acquitted themselves well. The 3rd Quadkids meeting is on 10th July at Warwick University Track in Coventry.
A good turnout of 13 juniors competed in the first cross-country race of the season. All juniors did themselves and the club proud.
The second fixture is on the 20th November at Warley Woods (see the Juniors page for more details).

A great turn out of 17 junior Sphinxes took part in the final Quad Kids event at the Coventry Godiva track. The best performance of the night was some magnificent sandpit raking by the Sphinx Junior Team Manager but the juniors also did themselves proud, most showing improvement from the previous events. Thanks to all juniors , parents and Jackie for helping to make this years Quad Kids event a success.

14 Sphinx juniors took part in the four-event meeting at Rugby and all did well.
The next Quad Kids meeting is on the 13th of June at Pingles, Nuneaton.
5 Sphinx juniors competed in the final cross-country league fixture of the season. Well done to Daniel, Caden, Michael, Sam, Annie and every junior (and coaches and parents) that represented the club throughout the season.
5 Sphinx runners made the trip to Warley Woods to compete in the 3rd round of the 5-round season. Conditions were challenging and they all did themselves and the club proud.
The next fixture is on 17th January at Burbage Common, Nuneaton.
The 2nd junior cross country took place at a windy but dry Wolverhampton on Sunday. 4 Sphinx juniors took part all improving on their times from the first meeting Well done to Daniel, Caden, Michael and Annie.
