The bank holiday weekend brought two things to this parkrun update: plenty of parkrun tourism and an update to the pakrun competition progress.
Lore Paterson was a first-timer at Forest of Dean, The Carvers were first-timers at Hampstead Heath, Vicky Brewin was a first-timer at Arrow Valley and Steven Osmond was a first-timer at Conwy.

At Coventry, congratulations to Dave West, Paul Gocher and Victoria O’Brien on notching PBs.
At Rugby, congratulations to Helen King on her second PB in 4 days!
Elsewhere, Alex Bartlett was a first-timer at Preston.
Another parkrunday came and went. Paul Gocher ran his first ever parkrun and Pete Whitehouse and Lacey Abbott registered new PBs at Coventry – well done!
Elsewhere, The Carvers continue their pakrun tour, this time making their first appearances at Dudley.

We had the first showdown of the Sphinx parkrun competition as captain Wayne beat some bloke called Rob.
