Coventry parkrun was not on this week but that did not stop it being a sensational Saturday for Sphinx parkrunners as a plethora of new PBs were achieved, and parkruns far and wide were visited!

Two in the top 5 and a PB for Lauren Wall and course PB Tom Anstiss, as well as a PB for Fiona Quinn on this Coventry course.
31 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this morning, with a new parkrun PB for Andy McIntosh and Catherine Gough completed her 100th parkrun!
It was another event-filled Saturday morning. There wasn’t a Coventry parkrun, due to the Godiva festival, so 25 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends scattered throughout this green and pleasant land. London (a trip organised by our friends at Massey’s) and Northampton were visited along with more local options. Brueton produced a win in the form of Ashley Miles, along with no fewer than 5 PBs.

A cracking set of parkrun results with 23 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends taking part. We have parkrun tourism, PBs aplenty, and first female!
There were some excellent results this week across two parkruns. Sally Parkins was 1st female at Wolverhampton with a new parkrun PB, whilst Andy Wilkinson was 3rd overall at the same parkrun.
An eventful parkrun weekend, with a 2nd place and two 4th places! Just hours after a live link-up with the Sphinx Quiz night, Pete Hall came second in the Mount Gambier, Australia parkrun. In addition, Andy Wilkinson came fourth at Kingsbury Water and beat his previous best time there, and Paul Slatford finished fourth at Coventry. Well done all!
