Sphinx AC were represented at a number of ParkRun events this weekend

23 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 2 well-deserved PBs. Colin Piper took six seconds off his PB, and Maren Atkinson recorded her 3rd PB of the year.

Alex Bartlett bested his previous times at Alice Holt parkrun. In his own words: ‘My first Alice Holt parkrun pb in ages, coming 11th in 21:03, smashing my previous best time by 22 seconds. Well happy’.
