A cracking set of parkrun results with 23 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends taking part. We have parkrun tourism, PBs aplenty, and first female!

Nice flat course, albeit 4 laps.. all on grass. Managed to finish 14th ( 37 runners). Very friendly bunch!
