Sphinx AC were represented at a number of ParkRun events this weekend

29 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 4 well-deserved PBs. Conditions were dry and bright again, but a moderate headwind in the more exposed stretches of the course made it tougher than normal.
