Despite the shocking conditions, Sphinx AC were well-represented at various ParkRuns this weekend.
Coventry
32 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with 1 first-timer and 1 PB. Conditions were like a bad year at Glastonbury, with a lot of sloppy mud and a huge puddle near the railway line (which enforced a small diversion). Being the fourth “birthday” of Coventry ParkRun, this run was fancy dress, with people encouraged to run in their pyjamas.
