11 Sphinx runners made the trip to Silverstone for the first of this season’s EMGP races.
Conditions were favourable, dry and cool but a little windy.
Some notable performances, including 1st in M40 category for Ash in an excellent time of 34:17 (and 11th overall in a field of just over 1,100).
Congratulations also to Kev Naughton who came in 5th out of 56 in M55 category (42:04) and to Rob Wheatley and Mark Moran on their PB’s (40:32 and 52:35 respectively) on their debuts on this course. Final thanks to Rob [edit: and Mitch] for driving.
