35 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with 2 first-timers and 7 PBs.
Trevor Clark took advantage of getting a Saturday morning off and did his first ParkRun, achieving the highest age-graded score of any Sphinx runner today. Newcomers Colin Piper and Steven Osmond both got PBs, as did juniors Adam Morrissey and Alfie Meade.
Conditions were slightly chilly but bright and dry and the turn-out was high, but not record-breaking. The course was back to normal after recent work being undertaken and diversions due to flooded sections.
