Well done to all who took part in the Regency 10km today, it was great to see so many of our club members at this local event. A write up from me….
This is a great course and takes in some of the Leamington Parkrun route, including the hills!! I took Jane’s place as she was unable to run today, I was told by Andy Mc that it was flat …… that’s the last time I listen to him. The first half of this course had a couple of hills and was muddy, some runners clearly didn’t want to get their trainers dirty as they stopped to go around the muddy puddles!! The second half was out on the roads and the support from the crowds was great. A good finish as you run into the park, across the grass and through the finish line!!
