One new Sphinx AC member (Ellie Davies) took part with three of her family, in Fremington’s annual 5k multi-terrain fun run - Beat the Fox - in aid of N Devon Hospice. I am pleased to say we all beat Foxy - Ellie only just - time 29.11 (129) and The Fox - 29.37 (137)
