Another busy parkrunday! Congratulations to Ellie Davies on her PB at Coventry and to Imran Ali on notching up his 200th parkrun whilst first-timing at Druridge Bay. Elsewhere, Vicky Brewin was a first-timer at Ipswich, the O’Briens were first-timers at Gladstone, Jackie and Mitch Timms were first-timers at Cheltenham and the Judith and Gerry Anstiss were first-timers at Bramley. Coventry 20 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 1 PB.

The organisers welcome guests and these races are completely free, and there is almost always complimentary tea, coffee and cake afterwards.
