Thanks to Mitch for the following race update The Cleevewold is a tough and hilly 14.25 mile multi-terrain race held annually in March. The race starts near to race HQ at the medieval Postlip tithe barn and covers the highest points of the Cotswold hills on Cleeve common, before heading into the countryside and returning to Postlip via the Belas Knap neolithic burial mound. Thanks to Wayne for the following report: 12 sphinx men and 6 ladies, turned out in horrible condition to run in this year’s SPRING!!!!!! relay, at Sutton Park As you can see from the pictures the club tent became a hobbit house , as we had to lower it to the minimum and put all kit around the sides to stop them ending in Scotland due to the relentless wind, at one point the comment, it was bloody warmer in Norway, summed things up!

Thanks to Steve Court for the following report: A contingent of Sphinx and family and friends escaped snowy England a few weeks ago to holiday for a week and take in the Pathos Marathon and Half Marathon. 3 runners took on the full distance which started on the coast, took in the airport and then a very dull stretch of dual carriageway before finishing in the harbour. Not the most scenic of courses but there was beer at the end.
3 Sphinx runners completed the latest 10k race in the winter series at Draycote Water.
