Sphinx AC were represented at a number of ParkRun events this weekend, with some members helping out at Coventry in particular due to the half marathon on the Sunday.
Coventry
With it being Coventry half marathon the next day, there were just 23 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends running this weekend, with no first-timers and 3 PBs – one of which was by Steven Osmond, who went on to PB at Coventry half marathon too!

Tom Lines represented Sphinx AC in his 13th appearance at this event, but it was far from unlucky for him – he PB’d!
