Sphinx AC were represented at three ParkRun events this weekend, with many of us donning the obligatory fancy dress.

First time here and managed to get my 2nd fastest Park Run of the year. Totally flat along paths, starting with a 600 metre dash to the end of a tree-line, a left hand turn, then three anticlockwise laps of the lake, finishing with a right hand turn and the same 600 metres back to the finish. Picturesque I suppose, but not that interesting, and quite crowded as the three laps were relatively small and the path surrounding the lake was quite narrow. Probably rate it 7th/8 venues I have experienced but definitely ahead of Inverness.
