Sphinx AC runners got stuck in straight away with the first of the “normal” ParkRuns of the year. A combination of weather, pending XC and Christmas excesses(!) meant that there were NO recorded PBs this weekend.
Coventry
24 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and no PBs. This was Coventry’s 200th event, so Ian & Andy Wilkinson and Paul Slatford dressed for the occasion! The conditions were truly grotty, though. The grass start was a quagmire and the paths were waterlogged and covered in loose foliage. In combination, these factors ensured that nobody PB’d.
